CRIST S.A.based in Gdynia, Czechosłowacka 3 Street, is the Administrator of all personal data obtained from the website.

We are committed to protecting the personal data of our customers, users, employees and other stakeholders.

We have implemented an internal framework with procedures and minimum standards across enterprise to keep your data safe. We take appropriate technical and organizational measures (policies and procedures, IT security and others) strictly and in accordance with the law to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of your personal data and the way we process it.

The type of personal data we collect depends on the relationship between you and us. For the purposes related to the above relationship, we may collect the following personal data:

  • Job-related information, such as job title and other employment or education information .

We obtain this data from direct interactions that you make when filling in the contact form on our website.

In accordance with the requirements resulting from applicable law, entities are subject to the obligation to apply appropriate safeguards to ensure the protection of personal data and may only access personal data necessary to perform specific tasks.

Your personal data will be processed to the extent necessary to fulfill our obligations and for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which the above-mentioned data has been collected in accordance with our personal data protection policy and applicable data protection regulations.
