CRIST S.A. nurtures the development of young people through a range of educational and training opportunities, including internships and vocational programs. Currently, the company offers:

- Internships for university students and graduates
- Vocational training for adults
Training Invitation:
CRIST S.A. currently offers vocational training for "Ship Hull Assemblers/Pipefitters."
This training is designed for adults interested in pursuing careers in ship hull assembly or pipefitting. The training is conducted on-site at the shipyard by experienced professionals with long-standing connections to the company.
The training comprises two stages:

Stage 1: Theoretical and Practical Course – Duration: 2 Months
- Theoretical Lectures – 80 hours
- Theory of gas burner operation
- Lectures on welding equipment operation
- Lectures on reading technical drawings
- Practical Workshops – 80 hours
- Training in gas burner operation
- Exercises with welding equipment
- Exercises with assembly equipment
- Performing assembly and marking tasks
- Practical Exercises in Master Teams – 160 hours
- Course Summary and Error Correction – 30 hours
- Theoretical and Practical Examination – 20 hours
